Gracetown Community Hall
Gracetown Community Hall is managed by GCBC and acts as a community meeting point. Overlooking Gracetown oval, its facilities include kitchen with commercial oven, meeting room, large flexible hall area and bathrooms.
The Hall is available for hire for a range of activities, and has previously hosted weddings, fundraisers, family functions, dinners and community events. A breakdown of costs and amenities are listed below.

Fee Structure
Maximum facility capacity: 180 persons

$20 per day
Recreational activities
$10 per session
Lectures, seminars & workshops
$10 – $100 per day
Cultural activities & special events
$40 – $120 per event
Celebratory Events
$40 – $150 main hall

Tennis court hire
There are two tennis courts available for hire for $10 per hr.
The court hire is through Gracies General Store, please pop in or call 9755 5551 during opening hours.
Please Note
- The maximum fee to hire the entire premises is $200 per day
- All chairs, tables and crockery hired for non- facility events are to be returned by 10am the next day after use with the key.
- There is a Shire cleaning cost of $35/hr for duration required for clean (normally 1-3 hours)

- Kitchen-gas stove, warming oven, large commercial electric oven, glasses, crockery and cutlery for approx 50 settings, fridges, microwave
- Projector
- PA system: 1 fixed lead microphone and 1 wireless microphone. Note: please bring two AA batteries if you wish to use wireless microphone.
- BBQ
- Marquee
